upon receipt of full payment, the client receives unrestricted usage rights for all delivered content across any platform or medium, for their own brand and commercial use. deliverables are to be used as supplied; cropping, retouching, or structural alteration that compromises the integrity of the work is not permitted, as it affects the quality for which the work was produced. no additional licensing fees apply, and no expiry applies to the rights granted.
all projects are treated as confidential. no work produced for a client — including final deliverables, early drafts, and any iterations created during the engagement — will be used, referenced, or displayed by byprevue on social media, our website, or any other platform, unless explicit written consent has been provided by the client. this confidentiality extends in both directions: information shared by the client — including product plans, launch schedules, and strategic materials — is held in equal confidence throughout the engagement and beyond.
for ongoing engagements such as social channel management, platform access — including account credentials and any third-party tool access — is granted to byprevue for the duration of the engagement and returned in full upon its conclusion. content published on the client's behalf is authored within the client's voice and remains entirely the client's property; voice, tone, and format systems developed for one brand are not carried over to another, even in modified form. the client retains full control over what is published, kept, or removed at any point, during or after the engagement.
resale or redistribution of deliverables to third parties is not permitted. content produced for one brand cannot be transferred to or reused by another brand, even within the same organisation or holding structure — every engagement is scoped and priced for the specific brand under which it is commissioned.
each engagement is formalised through a written agreement prepared with legal counsel. the agreement covers scope, usage rights, confidentiality, payment terms, revision rounds, cancellation, and the ethical standards both parties are expected to uphold. revision rounds apply to project-based work; social channel management operates on a different cadence, defined per engagement. client-supplied materials and delivered files are retained in compliance with applicable law, and mutual protections — including provisions against reputational harm on either side — are defined in full within the agreement itself.
